I am Laura (that’s me there) – the trainer and creator of At Home HIIT. 

I created At Home HIIT for anyone and everyone who wants to train but struggles to find the time and motivation. Fitting fitness into life is tough and as much as I love it – I know how somedays (I say days I mean weeks) can be a struggle. 

I also wanted to create something different – not just another pre-recorded fitness channel but the opportunity to do LIVE classes  and be part of a community.
