10 Day Challenge

Welcome to the “10 day – 10 minute challenge”!

That is ten days of 10 minute HIIT workouts !

It is the opportunity to add workouts into your day in a simple and sustainable way.

Starting Monday 17th May – Finishing Friday 28th May

Challenge yourself – trust me it is 100% it.

This challenge is just a one off payment of £5.00.

My aim with At Home HIIT is to make exercise accessible for all and this is the perfect way to add it into your day in a small way. I guarantee that after the 10 days you will feel proud, positive and motivated! 

To complete the challenge you will be welcomed into the VIP community – a positive and fun group that motivate and support each other. Each of the workouts will be live in there and available on record too!

Remember…it’s only 10 days…just 10 minutes on each of those days. You can do it. Small steps each day and take it at your own pace – the challenge is perfect for Beginners to Advanced participants. There are options for everyone.
