HIIT workouts use shorts bursts of exercise combined with short rest periods. All of our workouts are under 20 minutes in length.
HIIT combines full body cardio based moves with strength training. It is one of the most effective fat burning and toning exercise programmes.
Whether you are new to exercise or a pro HIIT will work for you. All of the moves within AT HOME HIIT workouts can be altered to suit your current fitness level.
The live workouts are 6.45am every morning. The workouts take 15 minutes. After that each recording will be available to replay throughout the week at a time that works for you.
Will you need any? Quite simply – no. The weeks challenge will use bodyweight only for all of the exercises.
ALL of the workouts are broadcast into the CHALLENGE Facebook community. Just log into the FACEBOOK APP and you will be able to join in!
