Laura created At Home HIIT in 2018. As a fitness instructor she was looking for an effective way to work out that was time efficient and offered high calorie burn – plus strength building. Laura also realised that many people were like her. They wanted workouts that they could do at home AND still feel like they were part of a community. That is exactly what At Home HIIT offers!
Melody is a wonderful instructor offers even more than a standard Pilates class. Melody is about bringing connection, balance and soul to her practice and to her classes. Her warmth and experience shines through. Melody is trained in many things inclusive of Level 3 Pilates, Pilates with equipment (Powmark diploma) and HIP Pilates (High intensity Pilates). As well as Tia Chi and as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor.
