Hi there and welcome, 

My name is Laura and I run At Home HIIT.  I have loved sport and fitness my whole life. I trained as a fitness instructor in 2013 and was teaching up to eighteen classes a week for all abilities.  

I started utilising HIIT in 2016 for my own training. I was pretty intimidated by HIIT. I thought it would be too much – too hard and I wouldn’t be able to do it.  After I completed my first workout – I realised…It was SO HARD and I REALLY STRUGGLED TO DO IT – however what I also realised was HIIT gave me a buzz and a feeling other workouts hadn’t. I felt like I had achieved something and I loved the feeling of pushing past my limits and all in just 20 minutes. Life was busy at the time with work, I couldn’t go to classes and I realised a lot of friends were in the same boat. I created At Home HIIT to offer the class and community feel but from the comfort of your own home – PLUS each workout was completed in only 20 minutes.

Founder

Laura created At Home HIIT in 2018. As a fitness instructor she was looking for an effective way to work out that was time efficient and offered high calorie burn – plus strength building. Laura also realised that many people were like her. They wanted workouts that they could do at home AND still feel like they were part of a community. That is exactly what At Home HIIT offers! 

Melody

Pilates Instructor

Melody is a wonderful instructor offers even more than a standard Pilates class. Melody is about bringing connection, balance and soul to her practice and to her classes. Her warmth and experience shines through. Melody is trained in many things inclusive of Level 3 Pilates, Pilates with equipment (Powmark diploma) and HIP Pilates (High intensity Pilates). As well as Tia Chi and as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor. 

Jack

In-house pt

Jack is our PT for At Home HIIT and also our weights and body conditioning class leader. His own business Jack Fortune Fitness offers 1:1 Personal Training Sessions which you can book through At Home HIIT or Jack directly. To learn more about Jack Fortune Fitness click here.

Laura's at home hiit class

Laura will be your trainer Monday – Friday. Each of the LIVE workouts lasts for between 20 – 30 minutes in total. These are full body workouts streamed live into the community and available on replay!

Every Tuesday we have the amazing Melody Dean hosting a live pilates class. Like all of our classes these stay up on the members hub for you to do at anytime during your week! You can learn more about Melody by clicking the link here.

Every week Jack runs his strength and conditioning weights class! This is a resistance class that will work your full body. You will definitely feel the burn! 

I joined Laura's VIP group at the start of lockdown as I was a regular gym goer and didn't want to give up on fitness. I love how the workouts are all different and able to do them live or at a time that suits me! The added extra workouts like Pilates have also been enjoyable! Soon after joining I asked Laura if she would give me one to one online sessions. These are extremely good value for money and completely tailored to what I want. Laura is flexible with the time of the sessions and has even last minute changed the content of the session if I've changed my mind from legs and want to concentrate on something else. She is great at motivating and giving the right amount of challenge. I highly recommend Laura for both her VIP group on Facebook and personal sessions
